THE ANDEAN ALTAR
The altar marks a center of the world, no matter where it is located. It breaks the time and the trivial space of normality. An ordinary space becomes an extraordinary space. The presence of the four elements is vital.
Standing in front of an altar is a sensitive experience which makes possible the encounter with another type of knowledge. For Carmen Vicente, the altar is also a work of art. The aim is to unveil, produce, keep and enhance a secret, an enigma, a knowledge: there is nothing that can exhaust its meaning.

AGUA FLORIDA
'Florida' water, meaning flower water or water that has flowered or bloomed, is one of the first medicines that humans received from other humans. In Andean America it is one of the main ways to heal children, adults and elders. In human hands, the plant with all its result – roots, stems, flowers, seeds, stones, and other secrets – returns to the water that made it grow. With the flowering of each diverse recipe of flower water, we heal mountains, cities, rivers and lagoons; and all energy is renewed.
Any person who has a purpose of helping themselves or others, can access being a creator and multiplier of these forms of knowledge, in any place and any space.

is this series PART OF THE VIRTUAL COMMUNITY PROGRAM?
Yes! If you are currently a member of the Virtual Community, you do not need to sign up for the workshops, as they are part of the 13-month program. You will receive the access link via Patreon and email.
WHEN?
The Andean Altar workshop is on January 22nd, 2022.
The Flower Water workshop is on March 19th, 2022.
Both workshops will begin at 3 PM Ecuador time.

HOW LONG?
The total duration is of approximately 2 hours.
WHAT IF I CANNOT ATTEND LIVE?
All attendees are encouraged to attend live, to cultivate the vitality of the live gathering. However, we understand that sometimes it is impossible due to prior commitments. This is why the recording will be made available for 48 hours for you to watch at your convenience.
The Andean Altar replay will be from Feruary 5-6.
The Flower Water replay will be from April 2-3.
WILL THE RECORDINGs BE SHARED?
No. The event recordings will not be distributed ot attendees. If you cannot make the event live, you will be able to watch the replay in one of the alternative dates. Please check carefully and mark your calendar to make sure you don't miss it. After the replay, the event will no longer be available.
WILL THE WORKSHOPS BE IN ENGLISH OR SPANISH?
Carmen will speak in Spanish, and will have simultaneous spoken translation to English. You do not have to understand any Spanish in order to attend!
